Children’s Educator Beth Isabelle is originally from the North Shore.  She studied English at Boston University, and turned a love of learning and books into a 15-year career in libraries.   During that time, however, only a small portion of her graduate studies focused on Library and Information Sciences.  Marine Biology, Suburban Ecology, Environmental Management, and Pollution Prevention are the types of courses that filled out her environmental education.  Summers spent working at a family dairy farm, countless weekends at Parker River National Wildlife Refuge, and her years in

4 -H still had a strong pull.  Ready for a career change, this opportunity at Soule Homestead Education Center allows Beth to share her interest in the environment, and continue to learn while teaching others.
